Program purpose

STRATEGIC WEALTH GROUP, LLC sends recurring automated marketing and informational messages to subscribers who affirmatively request updates about its general market-research and investment-education services and related promotional updates. Messages are not individualized investment advice, trade instructions, performance claims or a solicitation to buy or sell a security.

Enrollment and frequency

Enrollment for this program requires affirmative consent through the unchecked website SMS consent checkbox. We do not use purchased lists, preselected consent, inferred consent, prior-customer status, or consent collected for an unrelated purpose. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Service providers and records
